The Importance of Routine In Health, Fitness, and Overall Wellness From A Happy Client


As a college student in my early 20’s I, along with many of my peers, feel as though we are invincible to routine. I have spent many sleepless nights cramming for exams and living off of vending machine snacks and espresso shots to get by. I would then promptly crash and sleep for a whole day munching on a big bowl of ramen or mac and cheese.
