She really understands the physiology and the psychology of becoming fitter and faster. It's hard work but you work with her not for her, with regular feedback and consistent attention throughout. "I was taking another training session at the same time I was taking Giulia's training class, so it gave me an opportunity to really compare and contrast different methods. The other training is conducted locally by a former pro cyclist and uses the Computrainer system to format it's core program. Minute for minute, and dollar per increment of cycling strength gain, I found Giulia's program to much more beneficial to the successful start of my season.
