Personal Training


Personal Training sessions are one-on-one sessions with G. Sessions are an hour in length using various types of resistance-training equipment in a private studio. The benefits of Personal Training might be increased muscle mass/decreased body fat and improved general fitness. To the elite athlete, Personal Training is more likely to be sport specific conditioning leading to improved power, speed, and endurance. Personal Training and Conditioning often includes engaging core muscles and stabilizing joints to improve mobility and balance, and to reduce the incidence of injury. Personal training is always geared toward the individual.

Personal Training: $85.00 / session for 2 people




Nutrition for Sport Consulting: $75.00 / month
